Those pics looked worse than i remember. It's too bad that you had to take it this far to fix an obvious problem/repair. I do wonder if Donny is right, that the dealer mucked up the initial job and wants Kioti to take the whole issue off his shoulders. There has to be a Kioti engineer somewhere looking at your pics of the repair and blushing to a nice shade of maroon. I thought that you were in contact with a Kioti rep or is there no direct contact to Kioti corporate except via letter? It just doesent seem that at this stage you should have to write a letter, there should be a real live american rep available to talk with. Neverless, it will be interesting to see how this thing gets addressed. Btw, i didn't see the letter as a "rant", just a frustrated customer explaining the "facts" of his case. Good luck!
