HB,

Those pics looked worse than i remember. It's too bad that you had to take it this far to fix an obvious problem/repair. I do wonder if Donny is right, that the dealer mucked up the initial job and wants Kioti to take the whole issue off his shoulders. There has to be a Kioti engineer somewhere looking at your pics of the repair and blushing to a nice shade of maroon. I thought that you were in contact with a Kioti rep or is there no direct contact to Kioti corporate except via letter? It just doesent seem that at this stage you should have to write a letter, there should be a real live american rep available to talk with. Neverless, it will be interesting to see how this thing gets addressed. Btw, i didn't see the letter as a "rant", just a frustrated customer explaining the "facts" of his case. Good luck!

The dealer had NEVER sent pictures of the damage, nor the "fix" to Kioti. Is that telling, or what?

If my tractor had the same problems as Highbeam's, I would expect it to be replaced, no questions asked.

I think I will write Kioti and ask them if this happens to my tractor, will I have the same crap happen? I think we, of the forum, should write with the same question to Kioti. Let them know the power of the internet and forums and word of mouth.

Did I miss something or did Highbeam tell us that?
