John, please tell me where the miscommunication happened.

"The dealer immediately, after returning the tractor to Highbeam, spoke with Kioti service and told them that the fix was not good."

This was done without my knowledge or request. I was sent on my way with a can of paint and a slap on my back.

"Then Joe sent his mail with pictures, and when they saw the result of the fix, sent a new loader boom to the dealer."

A month is missing from your timeline. What happened was I called a week later and rejected the repair. The dealer made the replacement loader frame promise when I rejected the first weld repair. Three weeks of time passed while I waited for the replacement loader to ship. Then the dealer tells me he has been ordered to rerepair the weld. I was not happy and sent the first photos and email.

"When the pictures were requested by the dealer, he didn't have the tractor there at the time." Pictures were never requested by the dealer. I could have taken the pictures or sent him to TBN to see for himself.

I have received a call from the dealer's mechanic about a replacement loader but have yet to be contacted by Kioti. I need word diretly from Kioti before I believe this will happen. The dealer has mislead me before.

Things are looking good though. I will be sure to bring news to the table, good or bad. I hope to get the new loader but I realize that the new loader will be prone to cracking. I am very interested to see how Kioti plans to fix all the other loaders just in case my new one cracks.

Please folks, don't let this thread dive for personal arguing, do it through PMs to each other unless it benefits the thread somehow.

Rather than rehash the whole thread to make it clear, I sent you a PM pointing out some of the happenings as I know them.

The good news is you'll be soon getting the fix, and I hope we will have your tractor back and roaring quickly.

BTW, I'm sorry Dargo mentioned that unfortunate post that someone made who didn't understand that you are NOT a Kioti basher. Everyone knows you had a legitimate complaint, and through it all, you have sung the praises of your tractor.

My turn.
I didn't want to post this on the new thread (creates too many responses from the same person).
I checked my Bracket, no cracks, but is this what everyone else's looks like?

Highbeam,

Your state has Lemon Laws that will protect you. I'm no lawyer but I think until you exercise that option and send them notice (that you are persuing the lemon Law route) of that fact via registered mail they will probably continue to ignore you, I know because I went through it with a 2003 Mazda. Lemon Laws not only cover cars but many large ticket purchases as long as the problem was documented while under warranty and never reconciled. Send it to their consumer compliance division. Just thought you might want to know. Good luck with your troubles we're all pulling for you.
