John, please tell me where the miscommunication happened.
"The dealer immediately, after returning the tractor to Highbeam, spoke with Kioti service and told them that the fix was not good."
This was done without my knowledge or request. I was sent on my way with a can of paint and a slap on my back.
"Then Joe sent his mail with pictures, and when they saw the result of the fix, sent a new loader boom to the dealer."
A month is missing from your timeline. What happened was I called a week later and rejected the repair. The dealer made the replacement loader frame promise when I rejected the first weld repair. Three weeks of time passed while I waited for the replacement loader to ship. Then the dealer tells me he has been ordered to rerepair the weld. I was not happy and sent the first photos and email.
"When the pictures were requested by the dealer, he didn't have the tractor there at the time." Pictures were never requested by the dealer. I could have taken the pictures or sent him to TBN to see for himself.
I have received a call from the dealer's mechanic about a replacement loader but have yet to be contacted by Kioti. I need word diretly from Kioti before I believe this will happen. The dealer has mislead me before.
Things are looking good though. I will be sure to bring news to the table, good or bad. I hope to get the new loader but I realize that the new loader will be prone to cracking. I am very interested to see how Kioti plans to fix all the other loaders just in case my new one cracks.
Please folks, don't let this thread dive for personal arguing, do it through PMs to each other unless it benefits the thread somehow.
