what were you trying to do with yours? I'm excited to be able to get the v6 Detroit out of my garage that's been taking up space for 2 years because i have no way to get it outside. LOL It's the little things in life sometimes.

I'm looking into a MX5100 as well with the BH92 Backhoe. My garage door height is roughly 7 ft 3" and I have about 19 ft depth. If I back the tractor and extend hoe to clear door then turn it to the side I think I can fit it. How deep is your garage? And do you know you rigs length with the hoe folded to the side? Any info would be great. Thanks

I have an MX5100--no loader-- and had no idea it would lift that much. A TON is a lot for a fairly small tractor. What a workhorse these tractors are.

Huh, that's really interesting. It should be just as bad lifting that far out. regardless that's awesome it handled it no problem looks like a helluva machine! I got really lucky if I had gotten something even an inch taller it wouldn't have fit in my garage. As it is i have to have the rops down to pull it in and out and it still hits on the door but just barely.

You are dang right the MX5100 is a heck-of-a-machine. Those are very nice tractors at a great price. People don't always need a beast of a tractor for some of the very reasons you mentioned ... It fits in your garage.

You would be hard pressed to find anyone disappointed with a MX, its a nice affordable and reliable unit

I have a MX5100 with 300 hours on it now. The only complaints I have are the rear is a bit light, even with the loaded tires, I also don't like how high the rpm's have to be to acheive 540 on the pto ( although I mow at a much lower RPM just fine) also the diff lock should be on the left side not right so you can use the throttle while using the diff lock. Although i think they did move it to the otherside in the newer models. These are all really minor complaints though. I would buy another one in a minute.

we was pulling a 4 bale hay hauler with it loaded with 4 1800lb 5 by 6 bales an 1 on fel.an it was more than the tractor could really pull.an even just pulling the hay hauler loaded it was all it wanted.so i traded it in on a 2013 7040SU rops 4x4 1153 loader.
