LOL aint nobody got time fo' dat!!! LOL

Seriously, I might downsize my fork setup.... I really don't need 4800lb capacity on a tractor that can lift 2k. That'll save me 200 lbs right there.

Oil might have been cold? That makes a difference.

Funny thing about tractors and loaders, no matter how well they work and yours is working extremely well I might add, we always want them to do just a little bit more. If you would ask me, and I realize you did not, I would say leave the relief valve alone.

I have a MX5100 that just turned 50 hrs. Last week I used the FEL to move 100 cubic yards of mushroom soil. I have a larger bucket on it than standard holding .78 cubic yards stacked. When you run the loader into the 5 foot high pile it won't lift it but if you stop and lift it sort of pushes you out and it will take all it will hold. The bigger bucket and HST saved me a lot of time from my old IH574RC with a smaller bucket. I finished the job in just under 5 hours. Have to move the mushroom soil about one hundred yards and spread it on a garden. Used the tractor at 2000 RPM for the loader work. Mushroom soil is just under 600 lbs/cubic yard.

I have a 7 foot finish mower I drag behind which cuts great and I use ear plugs and operate the PTO at 540 RPM. Yes it uses fuel but it works fine. Also use the PTO for the tiller for the produce garden. Was about the biggest tractor I could find with HST and 4WD. Got a great trade in on the old IH574. It is a good size for use in the market garden. Nunamaker Farms - Nunamaker Farms in West Grove, Pennsylvania - Home

If I had a dollar for every time i've been told to leave something alone and didn't listen.... LOL I think maybe swapping to a lighter duty pallet fork assembly is the way to go.
