Actually it is a Wood-Pro model 20DP3 or 24DP3 (20 inch or 24 inch flywheel)
Sold by VC Marketing, Roseland, NJ - division of Vandernolen Corp., Livingston, NJ.
I bought a slightly used 24D180E trailer model back in 1998, freshened it up mechanicly and paint wise and still have it.
It has a twin cylinder Briggs 18 HP engine with Electric start.
These were rented by a lot of tool rental companies, you can still find them selling by equipment dealers for around $2000 give or take 1 or 2 hundred.
That PTO model in the OP,s photo shows the original model & serial tag on the frame hanging by one rivet.
It looks like it’s all there.
These are gravity feed units and are fairly safe as when the tray is folded open you would have to have a 5 foot arm to reach the blades.
I think the maximum wood thickness it could take is 3 inches.
If I was the OP and could buy that one for a few hundred I would jump on it!
