, but there has been some solid advise. All I will add is that I mange the same 12.5 acres of sloped rough and wooded property with my NH TC29DA (29/23+HP) as I did with a Ford 1100 (13/11+HP). I can do a lot more tasks more efficiently and quickly with the NH, but I really miss the Ford in the woods. I always recommend 4WD/MFWD and a FEL, a lighter tractor if mowing/rotary cutting will be the primary task, and a heavier tractor if dirt work will be the primary task. I would hate to see what would happen here if we start to discuss the relative merits of R-1's vs R-4's
