Need advice on removing brush

In my area the TSC stores are more than happy to have an item shipped to them from another store. Saves you from having to travel a long distance to purchase something they carry in the chain. There is no shipping charge either so it works pretty well for me. You might ask if they will do that for you.

Bud, that would be nice if they would ship. Unfortunately, I asked a guy at TSC this morning and he said they wouldn't ship that big. Go figure. He is supposed to call me back if he can find the 72 and said they would hold it for me. I offered to pay in advance, but he said they can't accept credit cards over the phone.

Well, hopefully I located a 72" and Case485Guy is gonna pick it up for me. The guy said he put my name on it to hold it. He said he didn't have the attaching hardware for it though. I called and spoke with Barbara at Ratchet Rake. She promptly called the Pleasanton, TX. TSC and they located them. She called me back and gave me a contact at the store to ask for when it's picked up. We even had a conversation about there marketing through TSC and it sound's like they may be fine tuning that in the near future. She also talked about there new digger/ripper attachment they have introduced. You guys might take a look at that and see if it's something you could use. It's on the tail end of the video on their website. I just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with my dealings with RR and hopefully I will be just as pleased with the tools performance.

It is a great tool. I am so impressed with it. I don't think Tractor Supply does a good job of marketing the product. I would never had bought it at full price but since owning it I am am sure I would have paid full price.

I made the nice lady at RR fully aware that most of the TSC's I called did not even know what the attachment was and I couldn't even get it to come up from a search on TSC's website. She also said they would probably start packaging up the attaching harware with each rake, because locating the hardware has been somewhat of an issue. She did say that the ratchet rake and new digger will be in TSC's annual blue book catalog. Also, she asked me to email them my thoughts about using the RR after I had a chance to try it out. She said they read all the comments sent in, so if you like, or dislike the performance or design of it, go ahead and let them know.

RR is discontinuing the 72" model because they are sticking with the 68" size as their largest. I found mine at my TSC just by calling TSC and asking them to do a search to find which store closest to me that had one available. The price of $199 will be permanent on that size until they are sold out from my understanding. The other sizes will remain at $359.
