Need help and the Contact Us link is dead

I am not getting email notices when threads that I have commented on have follow up posts. The Contact us link is also dead as of 12-15-14. Any help appreciated. Ken Sweet

I am having the same problem. Hope you find the problem and post the results .

Click the "My Home" icon at the top of any page, the links should be on the page that comes up.

Choose GENERAL SETTINGS

Look in notifications section. You'll find a place to automatically subscribe to threads you post in and the option to receive email notifications.

I already have my settings set to receive via email instantly and it is not working. I only get a notice sporadically. Ken Sweet

Are you using a phone or computer?

I am on Windows 8.1 and the email notifications are not clickable, so I turned on "Through my control panel only". Now they show up when I click "MY HOME" from any page.

As of 1/10/2015 the "Contact Us" links lead to a site called Kayako, but that site delivers a "page not found" error when accessed from the "Contact Us" links. The same happens from the links to support on the HELP page.

I was able to create a trouble ticket at the Kayako site using the following link:

Submit a ticket - Powered by Kayako Help Desk Software

I don't know if this is appropriate or if it will work, but I'll report back either way.

If anyone knows how to contact the TractorByNet admins, it would be nice to let them know that there's a problem...

You should get an email from this reply, but you will only get one email until you visit the site to view the thread. After you view the thread, you will get another email (Ken, are you getting a new notification after you view the thread?)
