Thanks Winston . I found a place in Michigan that stocked the scag part # and it is on its way. No minimum order but shipping was as much as the part.

I checked with Keith at power trac and he confirmed it is 3/4 castle nut , 28 thread per inch. I have called at least 50 different places and no luck. I guess I will order it from power trac. Thanks for input.

If you aren't in a hurry, I can pick one up next time I drive through Tazewell - probably sometime next week. It shouldn't cost much to mail it.

Thanks for the offer but I received the nut by fed ex today . Put it on and plowed my driveway and spread some anti skid on the ice with the seeder. I did like Terry said I put it on with the impact wrench.
