Congratulations. Next most important thing that you will need is a canopy!!! It's night and day nicer to not have the sun on you when mowing.

Response to an earlier comment, the new "Entry Level Commercial" Ferris is the ISX800 and it comes with a Kawasaki engine and ZT3400 trans. Price at the dealer was around $6,990. Direct on the internet around $6,300. It has the full independent suspension ride. Very happy with mine.
