It's gotten really stupid. Even in the last decade it's gotten crazy. Back in 2016 I looked at a 2015 Ram Power Wagon. This truck either had 38K miles, and they wanted less than $36K, or it had less than 36K miles and they wanted $38K. Either way it was a good price even in 2016, and I wanted to jump on it, but I had just bought a very low mileage 02 Camaro SS that the same dealership had, and I just saw this truck when I passed by and stop with my wife (GF at the time) to look at it. I image a 1 year old Power Wagon with sub-40K miles today would likely pull high $50K to low $60K.
My dad bought a 97 F150 Lariat that had first sold only like 3-4 months before he bought it, and had 6K miles on it. In 97 this was a full loaded, top of the line F150, that was fully optioned with every option minus the OEM CD player, and it was the extended cab, 3 door, 4WD truck, but even thought it was 4WD it get have the Off-Road package. Fords modern day name for the old Off Road package is FX4, or a Z71 equivalent. In March of 97 at 14 years old I was so amazed at how nice it was for a truck. It's crazy how the auto industry evolves. That truck's MSRP new in 97 was $28,900.
Here's that Power Wagon I looked at. It was dirty as they had just gotten it when I stopped to look at it and drive it, and they hadn't had a chance to clean it. These pictures are dating to 10/29/2016:
