New 2320, I'm frustrated

When the tractor was delivered the tiller was already mounted and I didn't change anything. I do not have the Imatch, I tried to use it as delivered. I just assumed it was correct.
I also found the part # of the bracket that I need (LVB24899)
I told the salesman about the issues and told him I have the part# for the bracket, he said he does not need the part# and they have a bracket for me that he forgot to bring with him.
He said he would try to figure out the issue with the shaft.
I have my fingers crossed.

I think that is the wrong driveline assembly. If you look at the parts for the 647 A/B tillers it uses the three spline(?) tubing. My 673 has the 3 spline tubing also, haven't seen that multiple spline tubing you have pictured on any of my implements from Deere so far.


I looked up your tiller in JD Parts to verify this.

Sounds pretty frustrating that you are missing a part up front and then the dealer has been slow to return phone calls. My 2305 was delivered with the mower deck already attached so I was safe to assume all the parts were there. I think having it already attached also made it easier for me to figure out how to dismount and remount the mower deck in the future.

I haven't had a lot of experience with PTO attachments outside of the MM mower deck, a PHD and a spreader. I know on the mower deck, the shaft on it has a collar that has to be "cocked" in order to snap on and make connection with the tractor PTO. Maybe you have already done it, but I'd take a second look at how your tiller's connection is with the rear PTO.
