Visited with dealer. They located me another brand new tractor. Hopefully it'll be here by Friday and I'll get it some time next week. I'm getting excited again! Salesmans tractor is great but it's open station and it's been a chilly 43 today! Yuck!
They are still working on the brakes. Deere has them trying a few fixes and doing some tests.

Outstanding! Great to hear they are taking care of you! Sounds like you were also a nice customer and didn't get nasty with them but instead worked with them. Good lesson that.

Finally got the new tractor in this evening. So far so good at 2.2 hrs. Brakes work great!
