1998 JD 425
Hello fellow tractor enthuisiasts! I live in OKC, was raised in Ohio, retired USAF, and lifelong John Deere fan with a 425 that I purchased last summer. I have frequently referred to these threads when I have a question and I dare say have saved a few dollars by doing so. I recently bought a 54" snow blade from a JD dealer in Ohio that is brand new, never seen the snow, but sold to me used at a 30% discount because it had been previously sold to a customer that changed his mind and got a zerturn mower instead and returned it after one day. His loss, my gain!! I have decided to buy a Ruegg Cat 0, 3 point hitch for the tractor and Brinly blade for the rear, both learned about from these threads. Many thanks to those who have the wisdom and experience to pass along. I am a frequent visitor to the site and undoubtedly will be for a long time to come, especially if I need advice.
