New Orange Driver

I have been a Yanmar owner for about 15 years. Unfortunately (due to my negligence), it died on me this winter.

The local JD dealer had taken a Kubota L2900 in trade and had it on the lot, so after looking it over, I bought it yesterday. It has a loader and a canopy. Doesn't seem to have any leaks and runs well.

Anything in particular I should know to watch out for on this model? I'm looking forward to using it as it is definitely an upgrade in power and size from my little Yanny.

We have a lot of cross overs and multi brand owners on this forum.
The Kubota forum must be the best one because we have alot of people on here that don't own Kubotas. All are welcome, even if they post those off color pictures.

The only thing I can think that you might need to watch for is any signs of green splotches breaking out on the paint from the exposure it has obviously had.

Welcome to Kubby world. Assuming the previous owner even halfway maintained her, she should serve you well. Wondering how many hours on it.

Thanks. THey seem to have the parts manuals, but not the owner's manual.

Looks like they have choice of three L2900 models and the manual will probably say Operator's manual and not owners manual.
