How hard is the oring to get to on these?

Haven't done it on the 2210 but the parts manual is on line pretty much showing how the hydraulic unit goes together.

Is it a bad copy of a copy or a language thing? The language think is really EZ to solve. But a bad copy is not.

It's from hoye and likely the best available but just not a well written manual.... ie it says to remove the "hydraulic cylinder case" to service the cylinder oring but then doesn't give instructions on how to remove anything of that name... there are instructions for other component names which may be the same part but w dark pics it's hard to decipher

According to the preface there was never an english manual for the 2210 so it has engine section of the ym240 and the chassis section of the ym276

Also says "we realize the engine section pictures are dark....blah blah blah..... out of print many years.... blah blah.... the best we could find"....

It was translated from chinese manuals of other tractors likely 30 years ago

Now, there are neat tricks to get info out of these parts manuals.

1) zoom in up close to an area in the manual, take a screen shot, and paste in
Translate text from photos from English and other languages – Yandex.Translate Select Japanese <-> English.

2) Same thing, but with this site Translate an image

3) When you find a part in the picture diagram with a number, look at that table, take the part number into a web search engine and 80% of the time, an English description turns up.

Quirky. Sure, but it's way better than nothing at all.

Yanking bolts till I find something is my approach as well with little or no instructions. I did learn to take plenty if pictures with my cell phone, the hard way... good luck and enjoy the new ride!

Thx bud... using the same technique with my '48 8n.... the 70 yr old fo-4 manual makes things seem so much more complicated than they are....

Well along w other parts, I have an ign switch coming...
Next to try to tame the front wheel wobble.... tie rod ends, steering box adjustment, etc
Has anyone had any luck sourcing tie rod ends at an auto parts store?
