$900 to repack. I think a lot of the cost is to remove it and reinstall it, too

That sounds a bit more reasonable, they're a pia to remove, more so to install.

I need wheel help/suggestions.
The wheels are scaly rust and look terrible.

Need to decide which direction to take this. I’d like to go with 385/65/22.5 floats up front. The rear tires are fine. US made Goodyears with lots of tread.

The front wheels would need to be a wide base wheel, but I don’t know about offsets.
How do I get the handle holes to match on front and rear wheels if they are different size?

Where‘s a good place to find clean used?

I don’t even want to think about aluminum wheels

I believe Service Tire sells new and used rims that have been blasted and powder coated.

As for the fender flares, try the heat route, it works wonders.
I was just going to suggest that, it's amazing what you can do with a heat gun and a little time.

Jessie Mueller did a video on buying and installing a tarp kit for his dump a while back might be helpful to see the problems, he ran into, so you don't. 🍻

An electric tarp is north of $2,000 now (installed). I think that’s ridiculous.

All the individual parts prices are ridiculous when you look at them, the reversing relay is $50 on Amazon, probably well over $100 if you go with a brand name, Cole Hersee for example, the 40'+ of 14/2 6ga copper wire if you get it from a reputable place rather than soy covered, copper tinned aluminum China crap etc...etc. Then you add on the 3± labour at $100-$120 and hour. Wouldn't hazard a guess what the motor's worth.
