Woodlandfarms...I agree with your response. I already have a tandem trailer for this purpose. What I was thinking was to sell my present trailer, buy one of their's (unmodified), arrange for some private guy (maybe one of their employees) to pick up the trailer loaded with the 425 and attachments, deliver (ship) to me just in West Virginia (30-40 miles maybe), unhook, and I drive home from there to Ohio. This would save a lot in shipping, avoid a certain line item of the Virginia sale, and leave me with a new trailer to which I could weld stake pockets and make side boards.
This would only work if they would sell the unmodified trailer for a reasonable cost - their's plus a couple hundred for the "aggravation".
P.S. They told me that they do the modifications to the basic trailer at their facility.
