Very well. Has a boost of power when you strike an arc (hot start) that helps prevent sticking. And it has continuous current control unlike the toumbstone's tapped settings. Has no troubble with 6010/6011 electrodes. And you can lift it with one hand.
On 120 volts input you are limited to about 90amps output, of course, so you will have to use smaller electrodes.
