Don't know where you're located, but there's a JD 2210 hydro with loader, 386 hours, 24 engine HP on eBay, Brooker, FL. Buy It Now for $7950. Item number 260563502703
Ford 3000 gas in PA, 100 miles N of Pittsburgh, $5100. Item number 290374958178

That 2210 is perfect.. but its about 1200 miles too far me!

Any other models to look into would be appreciated. I really appreciate everyones help on looking into the used tractor market

Of course it does.. just 600 miles away. I like the John Deere series tractors and it helps that my jd dealer is 3 miles away.

Any suggestions as to models etc would be great. I really like the Kubota BX1860 and the B2320 (like the looks of it better).

The B2320 is a better sized machine for your property. Now, about your budget, you won't be buying new. You'll be looking at a 5-15 year old machine depending on how long you want to wait for the right deal.

So anyone got a 7,500 with FEL under 500 hours? I can dream right?

Yes, you can dream, and dreams can come true. In July '08, I purchased a mid-90's B7100HST with MMM, FEL, and 50" 3PH snow blower for $6500. It had 455 hours on it when I purchased it. I sold it a year later with 560 hours, w/o the snow blower for $7250, including the landscape rake the came with my B7610 (already had another one), and a Linebach-Line PHD (the B7610 deal included a Woods PHD).

I paid $7500 for my '05 B7610 w/ 124 hours (similar size and HP as the B2320) with LA352 FEL, a Woods PHD, and a 60" landscape rake (forget the brand). A MMM would have added about $1000 to to the price, but the PHD and landscape rake both add value. I watched for about 6 months before finding this deal, but missed out on a couple of similar deals. I called on this one less than an hour after it hit CL.

The following Kubota models are all similar size and HP (Engine HP/PTO HP), but are the predecessors (newest models listed first):
B7610 (24/18)
B2410 (24/18)
B7510 (21/16)
B2400 (24/18)
B2100 (21/16)
B7500 (21/16)
B2150 (24/18)
B1750 (20/15)

Prices on these will be $6-$10k with FEL, and possibly an FEL. Higher end of that range for newer, and lower hours, lower end for higher hour, old machines.

OP -- I added info to my previous post, including prices and hours for two machines that I have purchased that fit your needs and budget.

With a patience and luck, you can get some nice machines that fit your needs and price parameters. Don't be in a hurry, wait for the right deal.

I had posted this a while back, but it still relates to your original inquiry... of course, there's no MMM in the equation, but from what I know, you'd be better off with a 3-point finish mower or better yet, a zero turn dedicated mower. Post below:

After looking for a year or so in 2002-3 (admittedly, I don't live in a hotbed of farming activities) I found a new looking (and running) 1992 or so Kubota B8200... it had under 500 hours, and a front loader and rear blade. The blade is a really good J. D. I also paid extra for the 9" post hole auger, which I needed. The tractor is a gear drive, and 4WD, with good turf tires. I had to find and install power steering, which was a project that required modifying the loader supports. All told, not counting my labor, I have invested about $8000 in it. On the other hand, it has worked perfectly for about 7 years, plowing, spreading topsoil, grading, and installing scores of wooden fence posts. Other than the gear drive, which is a pain when clearing heavy snow, back and forth, I am completely satisfied, and think it's still worth most of what I have in it. I consider it a working investment that holds its value, if you take care of it. My tractor lives in a shed, gets waxed once a year, and has only about 150 hours more on the clock now that it did. My advice would be to get what you want, and don't worry so much about the cost, because whenever you have to sell it, assuming you take good care of it, the value should still be there. I can't imagine a better made tractor than my older Kubota, but then, it's the only tractor I've owned.

I am no leaning towards a new JD 2305 4WD with a FEL and 6X" MMM.. Dealer has it listed at 13k with no tax and 0% financing. While this is over double what I am paying, I will have the piece of mind of new and warranty.

Before I pull the trigger... Honestly 13k is pushing it for a tractor for me.. any better options for the price? I would love a 2320 because I think the size fits my needs a little better..but cant justify the BIG increase in cost.

Just remember, regardless of tractor brand, they REALLY hold their value.

If I remember right Omaha Tractor handles Bobcat and Kubota and they usually have some decent used stock. There is a Kioti dealer closer to Nebraska City that has stuff every now and then too. I would keep my eye on the paper, classifieds, craigslist etc... There are always deals coming up around Omaha (unlike the rest of the state :)
