I have a 2019 NH Workmaster 55 with cab, 6' shredder, and front end loader. Dealer is about 15 miles away. Really like the tractor. Shopped Kubota also but NH was the best deal. No issues to date.I’m new to the tractor world and thinking about buying a NH 50-70hp around 2015+ mark and wanted user input on the brand and how easy to get repaired versus green, red and orange. Taking aside all brands have lemons, over all what say you?
Might want to put this in the Classifieds section, and include your locationI have a few Kubota MX5100 4X4 With Frontend loader. Manual transmission and hydrostatic transmission. Press emissions. Low hours. $28,500

3 of my friends have NH that the front ends went out of. Local dealer, who carried them for years, has stopped and went with MF. He told me close to a 100 dealers have dropped NH line. But my neighbor loves her NH.I don't think it has had any problems. My uncles had the front end bearing in pieces when he repaired it. 40 horse range,he traded it for a different colorI don't think there is anything wrong with New Holland and I haven't heard anything negative as far as brand I would put them in the upper mid tier brands, right next to Massey Fergusson.
NH lost a lot of dealers when NH switched over to LS for their SCUTs and CUTs. My local dealer sold Kubota and NH for years. He dropped NH when they switched. He told me it was hard to compete with the LS dealer down the road who can sell a similar model with more standard features, such as 2 rear remotes, for less money. And there have been some issues with the quality of the LS models compared to the older Shibaura SCUTs and CUTs, that were very reliable, which he didn't want to deal with. I bought the last NH off his lot, a Boomer 8N, which I have since traded in on the WM75.3 of my friends have NH that the front ends went out of. Me too, and glad not be alone. In fact we came real close when we were out tractor shopping. Two PTOs, full canopy with windscreen, 4wd, a 135 ci Shibauru engine only making 50 hp ought to last forever. and a CVT transmission - wow!@WM75Guy how was that Boomer 8n? I've always thought if I ever had a collection of machines I'd want one.
