Sleep through the night.
I had that taken care of this spring. I used to get up several times per night to use the bathroom, so I would also check the fire. Now I might wake up at 3 or so and think about feeding the fire but... nah, I'll go back to sleep. I've started walking more instead of taking my truck or ATV up to the garden. For years I would take time off at the end of the winter because snowshoeing was killing my joints; then we had an open winter, allowing me to stay off them and it apparently gave my body time to heal. A week before I turned 60 I found myself going up and down a mountain for 3 days... with 50-70% slopes.
I still can't believe that people do that for fun.
Of course most of them are following trails rather than a compass.
