OA welding/brazing conduit

tie wire (haywire) is excellent welding wire for the lighter gauge stuff.

it's possible to gas weld clothes dryer drums with that. (to make outdoor woodburners on skis for icefishing/toboggan parties):thumbsup:

btw, i think it's the cadmium that lights you up like a tomato.

No brazing. O/A weld it with a coat hanger. No flux needed. Fit up is far less critical. The weld will be much stronger than the conduit. Coat hangers are made from some really strong steel or they would just collapse.

Seems like the good welders are able to weld a coat hangar to a piece of railroad track. Then there's welding a razor blade to a can.
