Tiller offbrand tiller info request

Howdy,

My friend pick up a 3 pt tiller that has a broken shaft. This is the shaft the tines attach to and is broken right behind the splined end. The unit says DG International, model PT172. Does anyone have contact info for a distributor/ dealer of this equipment?
