Offered another unusual project

People around here call Sycamores water trees because they like to be near water and have an extensive root system. Now wondering if tree roots found their way into what feeds the spring?

I will get some better photos, but the spring is about 200-300’ behind the sycamore.
My photo with the red scribble on it is pretty vague.

Here’s a photo standing about where the spring’s culvert meets the pond.
About 120 degrees from the 1st photo I posted in post 27.

The red arrow is where the flow from the springs culvert meets the pond.

I hate to pop yr bubble but do some digging around before ya. invest in all the rain gutters . In several states it is against the law to harvest rain water . It is here in Calif but ya'all probably figured that anyways . Find a old timer water guy & get him out there at the spring . Ya do have a hoe or excavator ? Good luck & remember "" pictures or it never happened " I think the secret is in the ground by the spring .
