Throw that wine out! If it doesn't taste good, it'll ruin the flavor of the meat, too.
Once a bottle has been opened it's good for maybe a week, even if the cork is replaced right away. The oxygen in the air breaks down the wine, initially changing the flavor for the better, but eventually changing it to vinegar.
Storing wine where it is constantly changing temperature, or exposed to temperatures over maybe 78F or so, will also change it to vinegar, even if the bottles are never opened. I found that out the hard way when I moved up here with a couple dozen cases and lost my nice spot under the stairs. Couldn't keep up with the spoilage, and ended up pouring out a lot of wine.
Life's too short to drink bad wine. If it doesn't taste good to you (even if it's not spoiled), throw it away and go find something that does!
