After waiting since mid November,I finally took deleivery on my new
toy. And am the proud owner of a new frontier snow blower,64"
I've been able to outfit the tractor with lightsand blower because
of the many good people of this site, thank you!;)
The light were installed and purchased because of you folks and the blower
was researched here because of your post.
But of course we wait for snow now!:( Trust me after 23 years pushing a snow plow that is the LAST thing most people would think of coming out of my mouth. But I'm ready to play!!!:p
Here's some pics of the ole' girl.

Ya know, that green just doesn't go with that blue tractor. I think it would look a lot better on my orange one. I'd be happy to shoot up 91 & help you fix that color scheme ;)

Let me know how it works in the next storm, we're expecting one this weekend if you want to come doen here & try it out!

I'll be sure to keep you posted on how she's working.

I hope your luck is better than mine. I bought my snow blower in late December a couple years ago. It snowed like crazy that November and first part of December. After the snow blower was hooked up there wasn't a snowfall of more than two inches the rest of the winter.

Are you all saying all I have to do to make it stop snowing is buy a snow blower? Most years we get about 12" total, this year 31" so far, 11" in the last 4 days and the weather people are calling for another big one this saturday.:(

If anyone would like to try out their nice new blower, come on down to snowy Va.:D

Heck, if that were mine I'd be out plowing heavy frosts! :D

Yup, seems to be the way. After 6 years I finally got my Curtis plow set-up, 3PH salt spreader, got my lights hooked up on the ROPS for night plowing, mirror mounted, new L.L. Bean PAC boots to keep the toes warm and I have yet to really use it. Couple of 2" dustings is about all.

Yup, got all the warm stuff. The light work great, still using the shovel for sanding.I'm sure the snow will come, but I'll be ready for it now.;)

Third picture - I don't remember seeing another piece of equipment with that many safety stickers on it - is that a VT thing?? :)

Like other replies - bought snow blower after the one storm we had here beginning in December and nothing since!! What is up with that?? Guess we will have to see what March brings...

I don't think it's anything to do with Vt. I was thinking it had way too many stickers myself. Lost a pile of them when we shorten the PTO shaft.
I've been thinking about getting one for a couple of years but just couldn't
it with the hours i was working plowing snow. Things have changed and I've got more time to take care of our drive now:D
The first time out should be interesting to say the least!:)
