It's a Mahindra, right? I would go by the dealer and talk to them. Take pictures of it, maybe something installed improperly.
I was laughing WITH you at first since it took both of us so long the first time. Then my 5 watt light bulb came on and now it's a piece of cake.
If it's one thing I learned over the years it's smarter not harder. So many things it's proper alignment, grease, leverage.

There ain't nothing wrong with this hoe that wasn't intended to be the way it is. Besides my dealer is fifty miles away and the problem here is the owner not the machine.

Don't know off hand but I think the casters are 6" heavy duty for the load rating bolted to a 4 X 6 crosspiece laying flat so maybe about a foot. I had to modify it once already to allow the frame of the hoe to rotate more, lower, so I could get the hoe off. The frame of the hoe pivots on the crosspiece. I think it may be a tad high yet. The casters are rated at 600lbs each. I'm using two fixed and two swivels and the hoe weighs about 1200 lbs. I could either get smaller casters if I can find smaller that will take the load or maybe back the back tires of the tractor up onto some 2 X 6s, 4 X 8s or something. I'll study on it later.

you’re too high... can you finger a way to mount the base of your dolly lower then the top of wheels? i have the same wheels you are talking. some
sort of L bracket or other to nest it down farther? i got a little welder and chop saw. i’ll get my dolly whipped up (now garage is finished) and send more pics after the weekend. the back of the hoe (bucket side) will need to be near the ground while front side is up high enough for bh pins to clear the tractor hooks. i fought with mine like **** then got the routine down. riggers first then arm down. bh frame should be near 30 degree angle when seating pins into hooks. then bucket down to get final pin holes lined up....can’t mount it if the whole thing is level (that high up anyway) to begin with

This is your answer dickfoster. Have to attach it from below the mounting points so once the bottom hooks are seated, the boom will rotate the top pins into alignment.

Yeah I figured that. Either smaller casters or just back the tractor up onto some boards to get it higher. Wish I'd thought of that before taking the hoe off the dolly.

This is your answer dickfoster. Have to attach it from below the mounting points so once the bottom hooks are seated, the boom will rotate the top pins into alignment.

I think I've got a plan now. There's not much more room and lifting the tractor has the same effect.
