I think the three bolt holes in the flange of the hub should have three taped hole they screw into to pull it on ? That is what it shows on the pats schematic it doesn't show any puller holes or the threaded holes use a smaller bolt that screws in the other part.... It does show a collar around the back side you maybe have to backoff ....... Most of the pulleys use the same set where you pull the hub in to tighten it..... jim

I got a pack of 6204 2RS bearings in, and put 2 in the idler pulley, just below the electric PTO clutch. Put a piece of the front end framework back on, fired it up and the BEAST is now mowing.

So glad the electric PTO is working. I've read where it says to actuate it many times, as many as 25 times on and off, to get it gripping good.

Wow, the deck is awesome and relatively quiet. Still plenty of tinkering to do over the winter, as spare funds become available.

The 2 front headlights are working, and are quite good, providing plenty of light for night operation. I could see a rear light being a possibility in the future.

So I bought some more bolts for a few dollars.
And I broke down and bought 2 new hydraulic lines for the traction system.

Now the traction control works.

Got 2 new PTO belts, Gates. The system was slipping, and the belts were old. But it was slipping when I was trying to cut green Bahia grass, which is like cutting aircraft cable.
And the deck does flip up.


Got the blades sharpened. They are 1/4" thick. The spindles are heavy duty, with opposed Timken tapered roller bearings.
