This monster has been parked at a new grocery store near our house. It looks like a pretty sweet way to clear a parking lot. Not sure the model but I'm sure you Orange fans can figure it out. Enjoy!

That pusher seems a little too big for that machine? JMHO.

Thanks for the photos, I agree with Lawn King that the snow pusher is probably too big for the tractor, which appears to be an L4330, L4630, or an L5030, because of the LA853 loader. Which leads to another observation, that this tractor has probably been abused with the broken work light, head light, bent rear view mirror, broken/bent bucket level indicator, and the chain for the pusher is fed through the cross tube on the FEL. I'm sure this tractor won't last long. :(

Sure hope the operator doesn't let the snow build up before pushing, yeah I agree the the tractor a tad small for pusher...condition of the tractor tells me the operator little hard on is equipment when working it. :(

From what i can tell from the photographs, it seems to be a 12 foot pusher. This size pusher is for a case 580,cat 416 or similar rated backhoe, not a kubota L.

How orange are you? There's enough info in the photos to determine the exact model number of this unit.

That pusher is big - but on a flat parking lot the L should handle it just fine. One factor that limits the forces on the machine is how hard the tires can push - which isn't much on wet pavement, even less with some snow. If they keep it evenly loaded (not all at one end) the loader should handle it ok. I guess I see a tractor as a tool - if it isn't scratched it isn't being used very much. Time is money these days - a big pusher gets it done fast.

The Kubota don't plow snow with that big bucket. All the Kubot does is move the big bucket around from place to place on the lot.

There is a big bucket just like this setting in one of our shopping center parking lots.
I've noticed it setting in different spots there .
The picture in this thread explaines why and how they did it.

Sure is to big for snow removal but not for the Kubota to just pick it up take it to another spot and set it down.

I't a chinch they aren't plowing snow with it - no snow in the photos!

Alright Todd, I'll bite. I examined the photos closely, but I guess I am not orange enough. If I had to guess I would say its an L5030, but I don't have a rationale to back it up:), just a guess.

My BIL feels that way also, but he feels that way about everything he owns. That's why his tools, cars, and equipment all look like they been through a war. His stuff is constantly broken. No one in our family will let him near any of our equipment or tools. He tends to break everything he uses. I can't understand why someone can't run a piece of equipment without breaking it or trying to run it into the ground. I guess its just a matter of operating skill and caring about your equipment. When I buy something I want it to last. However, I think my BIL tries to break everything so he can't get something new, but the problem is my SIL won't let him.:)

I vote for L4330.

I think it's a Kioti DK 55 with a Kubota loader!

I dont know how much snow you get in TN, but im going to bet not nearly as much as we do in new england. I have worked northeasters here in a cat 416 with a protech 12 ft pusher, and i stand by my origional post, that pusher is too big for that tractor.

No if it was a Kioti it would have a bigger snowpusher on it.:D

We get very little snow in these parts. From what I understand the photos were taken in Michigan where it does occasionally snow. Luckily I haven't seen a monstrosity of this magnitude in these parts which would assuradly herniate a kioti beyond repair.

The picture was taken in South Bend, Indiana, a mile from the Michigan border. We get frequent lake effect snows as well as our share of system snow. Something like 70 inches a year on average. One of the reasons I posted the pic was that I too thought the pusher was too big for the tractor. If nothing else, I'd be afraid of catching a curb with the corner of the pusher which would put a huge torque on the loader arms. I know I wouldn't put it on my little tractor. Construction grade loaders and TLBs have much sturdier arms and such.

Of course, we really haven't had any significant snow yet this season. If we do, I'll try to get some shots after it's had a workout.

As near as I can tell, the 5030 has been ruled out because of the 6 rear wheel lugs, It can't be a 4630, because the cab is only available in GST for that model. It can't be a 3830 or a 3130, because they don't come with a cab. It can't be a 3430 because that model won't take an LA853 Loader, so
it must be a 4330.
