Pellets, corn, inserts, boilers or what?

/ Pellets, corn, inserts, boilers or what? #11
Any neighborhood teenagers that can spend the summer bucking wood for you? How much wood do you have? Maybe you can pay that person by the cord or he gets X cords for every Y cords he stacks up for you.

Heating downstairs makes sense as that heat will move up into the rest of the house. Wood/corn/pellets all will require some manual labor to haul them to where ever you are burning them. Pellets and corn are pretty clean, little dusty maybe, wood is more messy, especially when you are tramping in and out with snowy boots to fill the woodbox :) Gotta look at how much $$ you'll save versus how much trouble you'll be in with the missus for constantly making a mess ;) I just tell mine if she doesn't like it she can pay the propane bills :D
