I call my Bobcat 335- "Bob". Pretty cool huh?
While I was hiking up our steep driveway in NH, the thought came to my head: "Name the tractor Molly".
I know this is on the silly side, but a little bit of levity is a healthy thing at times. It is customary to name a boat. Why not name your tractor?
Here are my tractor's names:
JD4600: Molly
JD2210: Millie
JD332: (Poor thing doesn't have a name)
WM-8H chipper: Chip (what else?)
I’m from California via the Bronx does that make me gay ( now in Oregon )Oh ya I get it....because all people from CA are gay. Thats so funny.
It's usually all over before I see them in the tall grass. Sometimes I'll see them running for safer pasture on the other side of the fence. I did have one that held his ground and kept ducking his head down every time I went over. On the third pass I parked on top and dropped the mower deck all the way down. That's when I gave the mower its name.Yikes! Do you really drive over rattlers? I’d still be too afraid!

Mine is named Brian:It’s one thing to name your tractor, it’s yet another to affix the name to the tractor like on boats.
I’ve never seen an actual name on a tractor other than the manufacturer.
So, I guess my tractors name is Bobcat!
