Picking Sweet Corn

I have had trouble with raccoons only one year when I planted "kandy korn" sweet corn!
It was like a raccoon magnet.

No more kandy, it's been bodacious ever since.

It was like a raccoon magnet.

No more kandy, it's been bodacious ever since.

I had buco problems with raccoons ever since I started raising poultry... talk about a coon magnet. They must be in decline because I haven't had a problem in several years now... even the mother fox seems to have gone away. The only problem I have now is with crows... I have to keep the birds totally protected until they get big.

Now I've done it, probably tomorrow I will go out and all of my birds will be gone.

Have to keep an electric fence around the garden here if ya want anything from it.
My son has been giving our lab some corn on the cob so now every time you pick corn she wants one to eat.
We grow Bodacious ourselves.
