Actually I did leave something out. For the 140K quote I get everything. This includes dirt moving, fine grading, compaction, and gravel roads. The guy for 130K came out and pulled a number out of his head. They didn’t include the gravel roads for this price. The 71K quote does not include gravel roads and fine grading but the gravel is going to cost 15K and I have my JD450H with the automatic blade control to do the finish grading. So actually 71K is really 86K plus some of my time and fuel.

That makes sense and sounds like a good price. I'm sure you are relieved. This should allow you to come in way under your original budget. Sounds like you might have a winner there...
