Why not get some joist hangers and some 2x6x8'. Nail them 11" apart on their splines and and then some 3/4" T&G OSB decking cut to 2' by 8" sections nailed on top. It would be like a cat-walk.... Those hangers should be enough to hold everything.

I would not use 8'ers. his span is 8 ft apart.

Wouldnt it be better to get wood I-joists that are already 40 ft long. Make a box with 3/4 osb 2-3 ft wide on top of flange of bottom i joist screwed in . Make sure the I joists are staggered throughout the 60ft span. This will give you sides for protection as you walk along and give you a place to put wiring on the top of i joist. If there is room in the trusses, put it on top of span trusses instead of using hangers.
