I used to have heart palpitations quite regularly, until one morning going to work, I was listening to a talk show that had a doctor as a guest. One of the listeners called in about her palpitations. The doctor told her to switch to sea salt before going on medication. I immediately changed to sea salt, and I never had another palpitation for about 20 years.

I switched to sea salt because SHMBO said to switch to sea salt. Any questions, I would have to talk to talk to SWMBO.

Marriage is a matter of selecting your battles. Salt is not one of them.

So, there's iodine in sea water, and iodine is added to traditional table salt ... but no claims of any in 'sea salt' ... ?

Well, at least there are ten or more typical symptoms of iodine deficiency.

If it's dug out of a mountain, it might be just like the 12-15 lb 'mineral rocks' I buy & put out back for deer. :licking: Yuuum!

Why don't they put a little color in table salt so a person can so how much is being applied?
