Yep. I drop the driver down until the outriggers (see attachment) are almost on the ground (in case I have to move the tractor backwards/forwards), then I center the bubble, drop the driver the rest of the way so all the weight is on the outriggers, double check the bubble and begin driving the post.

My TC25D does fine with the HPD-16 even though the Worksaver site indicates the minimum PTO hp is 30. The bigger issue is the gpm of the tractor. The gpm determines how fast the ram goes up.

All the weight of the driver is on the two outriggers. Set the brake on the tractor and pound the posts in. If you hit a rock, it does shake the 3ph area, but no worse than dragging a rotary cutter around.
