Post Hole Auger "Nice to Have" Features?

Ponytug - steel T-posts come in three sizes - that I'm aware of. 1.25, 1.33 & 1.45. It signifies the weight per foot of length.

Having a handle bar so that you can control the angle of the auger while you plunge it into the ground. I got mine from TSC and it has this and it works well. I was told from a co-worker that has one that does not have the handle bar that it is a PITA not being able to control the angle of the dangle.

I have a TSC auger with the handle, and I have sometimes taken the handle off. The reason is that the angle of the dangle is vertical without the handle, but the handle tilts the whole thing. With my current tractor I can't really reach the handle from the seat. It's a little more complicated to drop the tilting auger on the right spot and them back up to get it vertical.
'Course, I'm not very practiced at using the auger on this relatively new tractor...
