Wow,

Ouch is all I can say. Not to make things worse, but there is no "lemon law" for tractors.

Can you find a different dealer, or is that the only one in your area?

I would be tempted to contact corporate TYM and see if that helped.

660 hours, how old is it? Out of power train warranty?

Sounds like there were bolts that were not tightened. You have to tighten things up regularly on a tractor. I've used 4wd as needed so far and it works like a champ. My tractor is almost the same, just a TYM (Kukje) engine instead of the Yanmar.

Tightening wheel lug nuts, yes. Axle assemblies shouldn’t require periodic adjustments.

No the the wheel and the axle just came out there are no blots that hold it in that happen the first time I tried to use 4wd when I made a right turn the axle came out I was on soft ground. It had 376 hrs at that time now the right axle came out and it was not in 4wd and the tractor has 676 hrs

About a thousand pounds tires are filled the tractor has no problem with the hay now the tractor 670 hrs the dealer picked it up today the oil leak they fixed at the rear wheel is leaking again it was fixed 1 month ago
Hate to hear of the issues. Would be interesting to understand what failed in the rear axle. Hopefully they get it solved this time.

When loading the hay, filled tires only help keep the rear tires on the ground. If you or your neighbor has hay forks for the 3pt, pick a bale up with the 3pt before loading them with the loader. Having a bale behind you will take a lot of stress off of the front axle.
