Propane Price Shock

I have Suburban also which is now Agway. They locked me in at 1.19/gallon until 6/05. The price otherwise would be 1.55. They too here go by gallons used. I was quoted 1.55 for 900 gallons/yr useage. Being a new home they are guessing.

In the past I've asked to buy more than I needed to get a price break. I would give some story about something right out of my backside and get the lower price.

I wonder how the prices given by everyone were developed. Do they do price breaks elsewhere based on volume??

Thats bullsh** That answer doesn't even justifying even thinking of staying with that outfit. If there is a higher up there I'd talk to them or better yet just go elsewhere. Guessing your bill is absurd

Micro Pilot i forgot to menttion that they had me by a tender spot they have my 2 spare fork lift truck tanks in the back, or I d have done that. My parents use another company now this groups is in town they have a habit of not leaving a reciept for gas pumped into a home owners tank. Ill not be basck there after i get my tanks back from them.

I finally got my updated bill: $1.39 per gallon. That's a smidgeon les than $16.00. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Yep I just prepaid for 600 gal at 1.39/gal. Last year it was 1.09 for prepay and hit 1.89 in FEB for those not prepaying. I figure it will go to maybe over 2.00/gal here in late winter.
