PTO water pump

Anyone know where one might buy a reasonably priced PTO driven water pump...only ones I have found have been for huge applications and priced in the $5K+ range!

Can't believe you can buy a good trash pump with good lift and good PSI for around $1K but you can't buy a PTO pump for the same or less...it doesn't have a motor!

looking for about 8' of lift, self-priming and sufficient PSI to wash equipment fire fight fill large bulk tank, flood pond surface during winter for skating etc....don't need nor can use a small sprayer type pump insufficent PSI, lift and volume.

Any help would be appreciated...

They make 'em but you won't like the price.

They don't have a motor, but they have a gearbox to speed it up enough to get the pump to do a decent job.

It seems that gearbox is more expensive than a small motor. You can buy 3" gas powered trash pumps off ebay for ~$200. That's what I ended up getting.

After about 20 min of searching I found this

Had to call the home office, she transfered me to local store. Priced $122.38
Not in stock.

I bought one in 1994 left it in the box until '98 tried it out and it would blast a grove in hard red clay with my old Satoh idle. It came with pick up and heavy duty pressure hose, brass nozzel and filter on pick up.
I listed "Northern Hyd." as source, however cannot find them now.
I paid $182. I had already planned to get it out and try with Kub B 2910.
Hope it stlll works, after test in 98 I followed storage instructions and poured some oil into pump and turned a few times. It still turns smooth by hand.
