The previously posted pic is my pony grader. I can post more pics or give you more specifications if/when you like. I have a rear blade, a box blade, a road drag (like a lpgs) and the pony grader. The pony grader is the best tool for sculpting. The road drag is the easiest tool for maintaining (video below).
I think if you could find a cheap set of loader arms, your work is half done. A solid rear axle from a FWD car could be your axle and wheels. Then it's just a matter of figuring out how to attach your rear blade (If you didn't want to fab up a full 3pt linkage, you could just weld a couple of ears [] on a cross piece and slide pins through that and your implement hole). Figure out wre and how to mount your hydraulic cylinders and you have version 1.0 done!
