I stopped back at one of the local stores to buy a left over fork lift boom pole I was gonna modify... but now they raised the price $40.... so with the bigger discounts it's costing more today than 3 weeks ago... /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

Now I can't wait for TSC and sure hope they still handle KingKutter locally... /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

My wife saw that the QFC in Hagerstown, Md is being remodelled into a TSC. No firm opening date. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

She drove past the QFC in Frederick, Md and saw no remodelling activity.

I hope that TSC opens soon. Planting season is not to far off and we'll be needing planting supplies. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I was happy to see that the old Quality store in Seymour, IN has a sign saying "TSC coming soon". So, I'll still have only a 20 mile drive for supplies, which will save me about 25 miles, since the next closest TSC is in Greenwood. I know the one in Greenwood handles KK and Wallace brand implements, but I'll have to wait and see about the new one in Seymour.

John, I emailed KingKutter the other day to try to find a dealer in central NY. In part their reply was <font color=blue> We are currently beginning to service some of the Tractor Supply stores in New York. </font color=blue> Their (TSC) web site only shows one store in NY, so either that is wrong or they are in the process of opening more stores.

I was by the Auburn CT/QF store today and the signs in the window said TSC will be interviewing for employees in mid-March. So things are looking up. Maybe in time for planting?
