Ya, I hope they do reopen Pittsfield. When I move, it will be the closest store to me. But I will take cobleskill, or amsterdam.

Paul, I have an idea... with these TSC stores opening up in May or thereabouts, how about picking one of them - Vestal, Cortland, Auburn, or even Amsterdam - and get a few of us TBN guys together to look the place over and then have lunch or coffee together. I think I'd drive 100 miles or so. This might be something that would work for a number of geographic areas. If anyone thinks this is a possibility, maybe a new post, either here or in Off Topic & Just For Fun, would be best. I noticed a Mini Get Together in VT in that forum, and that's what got me thinking.

I understand they moved all the Pittsfield inventory to Cobleskill right at the git-go...{end of December} maybe the lease was up in that store...?

I stopped at the TSC in Greenwood, IN yesterday and they have both Wallace and King Kutter implements. They sell some stuff in both brands for the same price. For example, a 5' Wallace bush hog and a 5' King Kutter bush hog is $550 each. Another example, a Wallace boom pole and a King Kutter boom pole is $70 each. By the way, I always round up any $x.99 prices to $x+1.

I was surprised to see the old Quality in Franklin, IN has a sign saying "TSC coming soon", even though it's only 7 miles down the road (south on US31) of the one in Greenwood! That’s good for me though, since if I do go up that way I’ll knock 7 miles off my drive. But, I’ll go to the one in Seymour, IN the most, since it’s only about 20 miles south of me. I’m hoping they’ll have some sort of grand opening sale so I can get some good deals.
