I just noticed this thread has come back to life. Well to finish my story, the company that mounted the tire came back at no charge and fixed it. Kudos to Millersberg Tire of Millersberg Ohio. He did it EXACTLY like Mighty Dodge explained. He had the tractor jacked up with the valve stem removed and hit the cheater tank. Bam..tire mounted and taking air. He also checked it for leaks very carefully and apologized for my inconvenience. Wow.. Thanks again Millersberg Tire.
