Rammfence install.

Hello,

New here but, enjoying looking at the projects you guys have in progress. Making the decision on which CUT to buy within the next few months.

Anyhow, I thought I'd throw in a couple of pics of the last project I completed. The intallation of Rammfence along the road of my 8 acres. I did the north property line last summer. Just under 1000 feet total. I plan on finishing the area near the house in post and board for a cleaner look. I do like how the Rammfence comes out for the price and low maintenance. Postholes were drilled with a JD 3320 and tamped with a hydraulic tamper.

Welcome, the fence looks great.
I just put in a small pasture using the RAMM fencing. I put in round pine posts and their 4.5" two wire vinyl in brown. Works great and is really straight forward.
I am adding a wire to mine because our stupid horses just love to lean on and chew any wood parts of the fence when there isn't grass available, like in the paddock. Powered up the paddock wire last night. The pasture is going to have a solar controller.

That Rammfence looks great. Did you buy it direct or get from a local supplier (if so who)?

The material in the pics is the same 4.5" two wire that you used, only in black. My back fence line and run though the timber is 3 strand 1/4" electric "rope" powered off a solar box. I haven't had much problems with the horses chewing on the wood or leaning on it. Mostly because they rotate on to the neighbors 60 acres of always at least damp and growing pasture in the months my grass goes dormant. (Which was early July this year.

)

I bought the fence direct though rammfence. Local suppliers carry something fairly similar but, were ultimately more expensive than ordering direct.
