Re: Ezee On loader on MF 135 tractor

Continuing on, I have now found WSM for the MF135 on line for free.

It is on a French site so misleading but fortunately the manuals are in English.

Do you know what version your MF 135 is? There are Mark II and Mark III versions.

Post the frame serial number if you dont know and I will try and find the change points.

Look at the loader valve the way it is plumbed , he has the in and out on the same side.

EDIT, He does not have in and out hoses on one side, but the PB fitting is plugged.

Dave, I zoomed in on this pic "never saw a hydraulic connection like this"

I think it's an illusion, it's actually a bolt with a nut locking it in place. Best guess is that it's the pressure relief setting?

I am sorry but I am not understanding your point with the PB port being plugged. Could you please explain further.
In my mind the FEL valve is not feeding any other valve downstream.

If the PB is plugged off oil can not pass on to next valve down stream. oil from work ports can only go to tank.

That was my point, I don't think there is a valve downstream from the FEL valve. I certainly welcome your thoughts and perhaps I am overlooking some aspect of this....

Rather than have a valve like the FEL valve supply another valve through its PB port, the May Hill selector valve is going to send pressure to only one valve or circuit at a time.

Re: Ezee On loader on MF 135 tractor

Yes that is right the selector is going to the loader valve. But the oil flow going into the valve is trying to go out the port he has plugged, the loop is stopping there. There is no oil flow out the hose he has hooked up if that is aPB fitting, oil well oil flow out that hose when loader valve is moved. All he has to do is remove the PB fitting and plug that port with a OC plug and all it is a plug with the right threads.

I have managed one photo to load to the attachments page, we'll see if it loads.View attachment 525483View attachment 525482

Still....

Could you please post more photos of the FEL valve so we can see the other side, which is now away from the camera, and also from above looking down.

I would like to be able to see how the ports on the valve are marked.

Thanks

I hope stillatit is continuing with this loader installation.

I have re read your post about the PB and am thinking you may have a valid point that the PB is in some way involved. If the PB sleeve was installed and then no other valve connected to it down stream or beyond, thus raising the pressure inside the valve block in places where it should not be high and making the FEL valve difficult to use.

I stopped at the local hydraulic shop in my neighborhood today wanting to know if they knew what the symptoms would be if a PB port was installed and then plugged. They had not seen such an event but knew it would not be a good situation. People who are installing hydraulics and have real knowledge or good instructions do not say to themselves, lets do this wrong so we see what can happen.

Nimco wont provide any info on the FEL valve in question other than to say it was a proprietary valve sold only to Kubota and therefore expect no help from them.

In re reading Still's earlier posts he talked about the pressure line from the May Hill valve going to P2 on the Nimco valve. After rummaging around in NIMCO's site, I now see that P1 & P2 are the same "in" port just one is on the top of the valve body and the other on the side but they are interconnected.

I hope Still posts more photos of the Nimco valve so the location and other details of the PB port can be seen.

I keep saying this is going to be a minor thing when it is finally found.

Still...
Are you still at it? I hope so but I don't want to be working on a project you have given up on so could you please advise.

If you have moved on but would like the WSM and other info I have collected, send me a PM and I will send you a link to where I can put it for your access.
