Buying Advice Recommendation? Advice?

Hi All,

I plan to get a compact tractor in the near future. I am moving out to a 20 acre parcel a bit further in the country. My main uses will be backfilling and grading around the building site, grading and maintaining about 1/2 mile of private road (lots of work to do there right now), plowing snow, building some trails and skidding logs. Our county road is also gravel, and about 3 miles to the pavement, the county is way behind on grading, I may also periodically do some bad spots to keep from beating the tar out of myself.

I'm planning on a 4x4 in the mid 20HP range, and due to budget constraints, will be going grey. I'l looking at some of the Iseki's from Tractor Outlet in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, its about an hour north of me. Here is the web site-Iseki page:

Can anyone make any recommendations to the size machine I should look for, or a specific machine based upon what's on this site? Also, does anyone here have experience with this dealer?
